He is also the funder of the Angel round, and the vision for Emerald Road. Justin founded The Mendocino Appellation Project which created the world’s first cannabis appellation map that mirrors the authentic French wine bottle with D.O.C. designations. Through his consultancy, Medicine Garden West, he helps other cannabis regions and farmers create their own Appellation of Origin designation by guiding them through the process of creating standards of practices, drawing maps, cataloging the traditional knowledge component, and identifying key expressions of each phenotype. He guides brands in creating a go-to-market strategy based on a unique estate-grown approach to cannabis. Digger Mesch is widely known as the Founder of Art Asylum, Adam Sandler’s Scuba Steve from Big Daddy, IDW’s The Other Dead, Agent 88 and his role as Bain in Payday 2. The controversial NYC artist founded the USA design house, Art Asylum, in 1996, fighting for artistic credit in an industry where all talent operated in virtual anonymity. “Art Asylum Toys” was formed in 2001 where Digger reinvented the collectible toy world with the launch of Minimates, which is an obvious influence for both LEGO’S animated universe and ROBLOX. As Eaze’s Vice President of Product, Natasha led the product vision and strategy across a product suite that included consumer web, consumer mobile apps, EazeMD, internal & partner tools, driver apps, internal APIs, and payments. The Eaze consumer UX has been industry-defining as the cannabis industry rapidly matured. In addition, she built out the Product organization at Eaze, hiring and leading a team across product management, product design, and product marketing, creating & evolving the team’s mission, values, & processes as the team grew. Natasha also led the alcohol business and third-party merchant expansion at Amazon Prime Now. An expert in product development and technology, Natasha was previously Head of Platform at Yelp, worked in early-stage investing at Freestyle Capital, and built analytics tools at Deloitte Consulting.
